Bruce Gerould II is a United States Navy Veteran served as a Damage Control Fire Fighter aboard the USS Theordore Roosevelt CVN-71 00’-04’. Helped maintain firefighting equipment and training ship personnel on firefighting equipment and techniques. Bruce has over 20 years of experience in the fire alarm industry with 12 years of experience for Johnson Controls. He has a NICET level IV in Fire Alarm Systems and holds a BS degree in IT Security. As an FSE, Bruce serves as a product specialist to sales with product, design and operational support to ensure the end-user is provided with the best option available.

Danielle Felch has 12 years working in the fire protection industry for Johnson Controls. She has had multiple roles including manufacturing engineering, R&D engineering and global product line management. Danielle holds a Mechanical Engineering BS degree from Northern Michigan University and is an active member of the NFPA 10 and 408 Technical Committees, as well as the US TAG to ISO committee.
