At Johnson Controls, he plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing end-to-end solutions for critical infrastructure, data centers, commercial complexes, and industrial facilities.
His deep domain expertise spans NFPA codes, global compliance standards, and scalable, intelligent building systems. With a strong focus on client-centric innovation, Mr. Sajal has led several turnkey projects across India, aligning cutting-edge technologies with evolving safety needs.

More than 18 years of elaborate experience in Water based Fire Suppression & HVAC Products having taken on various roles & responsibilities in his career.
Started career with Johnson Controls in the field of sales and then moved to Hilti India in strategic business vertical.
Joined Tyco Fire Protection business in 2012 as Regional Sales Manager for water suppression products for West & East India and Bangladesh.
Currently working as Business Development Manager for Johnson Controls, responsible for driving water-based fire suppression products for India.
Ganesh is a certified professional on NFPA 13 standards.
He has a B.E. Degree in Information Technology and Master’s in Business Administration from Mumbai University in India.
